Gary Neil G. Santos

Gary has over 27 years of professional experience. He has worked in a number of industries including Banking and Financial Services, Property and Leasing Management, Hospitality, Information Technology, and Management and Training Consulting. He graduated from University of Santo Tomas with a major in Business Administration.

Gary works as a freelance training and management consultant for various companies in different industries. Gary is a member of the International Association of Facilitators (IAF) Philippines, People Management Association of the Philippines (PMAP), Human Resources Consultants Association (HRCA), Association of Talent Development (ATD),Asia Pacific Federation of Human Resource Management (APFHRM), and Philippine Society for Training & Development (PSTD). As part of his Continuing Professional Development, he actively participants in the membership activities (FGDs, webinars, and conventions) and networking from each of the associations to provide information and gets updated on best practices, and new and better approaches to Learning & Development, and Organizational Development.

Gary’s style is very engaging and transparent to his clients. He takes time to get to know the client and ensures clear communication is established. Gary believes that each program should be customized and specifically catered to the client based on their requirements and training needs.

Gary combines his extensive industry experience with his training and development expertise to provide interactive training sessions in all aspects of people management and development. Specialties include:

FREELANCE TRAINING CONSULTANTS, PROJECT MANAGERS & FACILITATORS



We have a pool of freelance training consultants and facilitators, bearing different specialities and expertise. Should there be multiple engagement requirements from the clients, we would be contacting and contracting an appropriate consultant and/or facilitator to manage a program. Quality and client management will be clearly instructed to the respective consultant and/or facilitator.

The objective is to be able to meet all the requirements of the clients regardless should they have similar preferred dates. We are driven to be of service to all our clients to the best of our abilities.
